• Our services include but are not limited to: regular cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and specialized cleaning services tailored to client requirements.

2. Booking and Payments :

• Bookings can be made through our website, mobile application, or by contacting our customer service team.


• Payments are due at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.


• We accept various forms of payment including credit/debit cards, electronic transfers, and cash payments.
  

3. Cancellation and Refunds :

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time may be eligible for a full refund.


• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service time may incur a cancellation fee.


• Refund will be processed within 3-5 working days after cancellation.

4. Customer Responsibilities:

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate information regarding the size and condition of the premises to be cleaned.


• Customers are responsible for providing access to the premises at the scheduled time.


• Customers are responsible for ensuring the safety of our cleaning staff during the service

5. Liability:

• While CocktailPoint endeavors to deliver high-quality services, we do not guarantee the complete removal of all stains or dirt.


• We are not liable for any damage to property or belongings that may occur during the provision of our services.


• Our liability is limited to the cost of the cleaning service provided.

6. Health and Safety:

• Our cleaning staff adhere to strict health and safety protocols.


• Customers are responsible for informing us of any health or safety hazards present on the premises.

7. Intellectual Property:

• All content provided on the CocktailPoint website and mobile application is the property of CocktailPoint and is protected by copyright laws.


• You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from our website or mobile application without prior written consent.

8. Privacy Policy:
